Magnolia Jane

Jane Magnolia is a deciduous large shrub or small tree covered in reddish-purple, tulip-shaped spring flowers with creamy white interiors. The flowers open before or as the leaves emerge, creating a strong focal point, and established plants may rebloom lightly during summer. Its upright, rounded form fits specimen plantings, mixed borders, flowering screens, and smaller landscapes where a full-size shade tree would be too large.
