Shipping policy

Shipping, Pickup, and Local Delivery Policy

We do not currently offer shipping. All online orders are available for local pickup at our nursery.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving for pickup.

Local delivery cannot be scheduled or purchased online. In some circumstances, delivery may be arranged directly with us at the nursery. Delivery availability will depend on the size of the order, delivery distance, required equipment, staffing, and our reasonable ability to complete the delivery safely.

Because we are not equipped to provide delivery services at scale, delivery is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any applicable delivery fee and arrangements must be agreed upon before delivery.
