Guacamole Hosta

Guacamole Hosta brings bold color and fragrance to shaded gardens with large, glossy leaves that develop bright apple-green to golden centers framed by dark-green margins. Fragrant near-white to pale lavender flowers rise above the broad mound in late summer and attract hummingbirds. It tolerates more morning sun than many hostas when the soil stays evenly moist, but afternoon shade is best in hot Southern gardens. Allow plenty of room for its mature spread.
